Feel the difference a regular yoga practice can make!

Yoga is amazing—even if you only practice for one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of the practice. If you can do more, you will certainly experience more benefits. I suggest starting with two or three times a week, for an hour or an hour and a half each time. If you can only do 20 minutes per session, that's fine too.

This is what happens

when you start doing yoga...

  • After your 1st Class

You may feel a bit awkward, and physically, you'll probably feel a little sore.  But your shoulders will feel stronger, looser, and you will move your body in ways you probably don't every day. Your emotions might be all over the place, from overwhelmed, to relaxed and at peace (deep breathing will do that) to empowered

  • After 1 Week

"Physically you'll start to experience a sense of openness in your body. You'll probably start sleeping better  and may notice glowier skin, as well.

  • After 1 Month

You might notice some shifts in how you handle stress — find yourself breathing more deeply through tense situations. You'll may also notice an emotional shift. Yoga teaches us to be present and let the feelings come up. - you'll definitely notice some positive changes in your body.

After 1 Year

A year into regular yoga, It becomes a way of life! How you breathe. How you focus your mind. How you move. How you treat others. How you move with peace and presence and maybe become less attached to things. At this point in your yoga journey, your focus has improved, along with your stress levels and ability to handle confrontation.

After 2 Years

Twice-weekly yoga for two years, you can expect to look and feel more vibrant, meeting everyday challenges with grace has become more natural to you. You also notice that poses you used to avoid have finally become doable.

After 50 Years

Your body is stronger than most people your age, you have amazing joint mobility, and your metabolism is strong!

Does Yoga Actually WORK...?!

"Tracy is an amazing yoga instructor! I attended small group, mixed level classes with her and she was excellent in teaching proper form and technique. She customized for each participant’s skill level and she created lesson plans specific to our personal needs each week.

I’ve taken many large group beginner and intermediate yoga classes but never learned as much as from my classes with Tracy. I definitely benefited in flexibility and strength from her classes. Highly recommend."

"In the few months that I have been taking yoga with Tracy, I have felt much better. The debilitating leg cramps have greatly lessened, and I am feeling stronger physically.

I have complete confidence in Tracy. She is a sincere, compassionate and dedicated teacher and person. And she only has other people's concerns at heart. She lives and loves her passion. And it shows in all that she says and does!"
