Myofascial Release for Self Care Video Workshop

What is Myofascia or Fascia? Fascia is a web like structure of connective tissue, primarily collagen, beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs. When this tissue sustains trauma through injury, inflammation or incorrect patterning in the body, the result can be pain, discomfort, achiness and limited range of motion.


Myofascial Release (MFR)- is a safe and very effective technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure and movement into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
